Noola holds a Diploma in Psychology from Teesside University (UK), and an extensive academic background that includes a Master’s and PhD in Music Psychology (University of Sheffield). She is currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy (UK).
She offers counselling sessions to adults in English, her native language. Her work focuses on creating a warm, respectful and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions and patterns of behaviour.
Noola works integratively, drawing on a variety of approaches to tailor the process to each person’s needs. Her perspective is informed by both academic depth and practical experience, including her previous work as a Research Fellow and research manager at Teesside University.
Her sessions are grounded in ethical practice, presence and a deep commitment to emotional well-being.
“I believe that being listened to with kindness — without having to hide any part of ourselves — is the first step towards greater inner balance.”
